Error code 524
So my account has no restrictions and I'm on a adult account but It still wont let me play multiplayer I keep trying but it still doesnt work!

Hi There,
I’m on xbox one, I haven’t played Battlefront II for awhile so I did the updates bought the new edition and when I try and go online it says Error Code :524. My searching tells me I’m recognised as a child account, yet I have just confirmed via EA tech chat I have an adult account. Don’t know what to do, they say a lot of people are experiencing this. Has anyone found a solution?
I have uninstalled the game and my xbox profile and re loaded everything to no avail.
