I was told that once you pre ordered the game we would have access two days before release date. Today is the 15th two days before the release date 11-17-17, and I still can’t access the game

I've found the answer. You should check your IP version. I've changed it from IPv6 to IPv4, and now everything is OK 🙂

Potential fixes/workarounds for error 721:
- Clean boot: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
- Temporarily disable antivirus or add the game executable to the whitelist of your antivirus
- Disable IPv6 on your router (support from your internet provider if required)
