I can not go online it keeps on saying Error 721 can anyone help

- Im getting this too! I know its connecting to their servers because I can see it via Wireshark. Also Origin connects just fine.

Hi this should be fixed now, the servers were down for some emergency maintenance over the last day but this is confirmed fixed now. Before too long you should see a crate pop up in your inventory, as an apology.
I'll close the thread as it refers to multiple different issues with the same error message, but if you see some new cases of this please create a post about it.
