I can not go online it keeps on saying Error 721 can anyone help

Just got off the phone with EA Tech Support and the have provided me with the below instructions.CLEAR ALTERNATE MAC ADDRESS1. Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternative Mac Address > Clear2. After this shut down the console, disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes.3. Once the two minutes have passed, plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange.4. Once the brick is Orange, start your console.DELETE CLOUD SAVES1. On Home, pull the right trigger, and then press A to open My games and apps.2. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game.3. Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data, and then press A on your controller.4. Choose Delete everywhere.5. Restart ConsoleCLEAR PERSISTENT STORAGEIf console is wired connected, remove Ethernet cable. If console is wireless, Go to Settings > Network > Select their Network > Disconnect.Once it is back on, press Menu button > Settings > Blu Ray & Disc > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage three times.POWERCYCLE XBOX ONEFollow these steps to power cycle your Xbox One Console:1. While the console is on, press and hold the console's Xbox button for 5 seconds.2. The console will power down.3. Wait 30 seconds, and then turn your console back on by again pressing the Xbox button.CHANGE PRIVACY SETTINGS1. From the Home Screen, using the controller scroll left to the navigation pane.2. Scroll down to Settings Icon.3. In the Setting menu scroll down to Account.4. Under Account, select Family.5. Enter the password or passkey.6. Select the account that you want to update.7. Select the category of settings you want to update, such as Privacy & online safety.8. Select the Adult defaults.9. Toggle back to Child defaults and then finally back to Adult defaults once more.10. Powercyle the console to complete the troubleshooting.

I am getting same error. 721. It won't let me connect to EA servers. Puts me in offline mode. I play the PC version.

since at least 3 or 4 hours ago can't connect to origin at first... now I can connect to origin but when I tried to connect in battlefront II... ERROR 721 says something like its unable to connect to EA servers...

I've found the answer. You should check your IP version. I've changed it from IPv6 to IPv4, and now everything is OK 🙂

Force closing the game, then restarting has worked every time for me. (Four times since launch.)

I was not able to log in on Dec 28th, (could not log into the Battlefront 2 site either). However now I am able to get on but I no longer have my faction rewards that i got the day before (4k credits and I think 100 crafting parts)... Also my daily crate didnt load for today...

Just started getting Error code 721 today on PC. Just played last night.
 
Restarted PC which installed updates.
Restarted router.
Ran game as admin.
Flushed dns.
 
Edit: Also tried with AV and firewall off.
Can't connect to Battlefield 1 either.
I can log on to EA websites.
 
Reedit: I can also ping the server that I connect to with no loss

WOW. Now I can't even access this site fron my PC. What is going on?!

UOTrace shows 0 packets lost.

My internet works, I have went online in Origin, but still in Battlefront 2 I cant go online I get the 721 error.

Or you can fix the issue. This is the only game that I'm having problems with. We shouldn't have to do all the work and search for a solution! And your connection troubleshooting is useless.

Xbox One is receiving same error message. One minute I was connected and the next nothing. It seems like EA has had issues with this consistently since they launched the game. What gives?!

I’ve been having this for over a month now... using my phones internet to be able to connect, resulting in massive phone bills.. will you ever fix it!!!
