Extra Mod Support
What would everyone think of possibly implementing a way for mods to become more permanent or at least more "official?" During the final Community Transmission, they mentioned this idea of the game ...

@Interstallion Exactly! I think adding some more mod support to this game would help to expand it's lifetime greatly. My only concern is, there needs to be a way to take mods past the initial point and make them more official. For example, maybe patching in skins that are community accepted or something.
@Beefyroo That would be nice... but who would patch these skins in, the Battlefront team wouldn't have to do much since modders did the work.. but why bother patching them in, why would they consider that. I'm still on board with mods being allowed in Battlefront.. but who would make these "official"?
- @Interstallion Would definitely want Cyborg Maul in BF2. (Best Mod Ever!)
Would recommend checking it out if you haven't already...I think they could make some kind of community acceptance system where the mods that the community picks are put in-game, or something. Since the modders already did most the work it would just take someone to be able to officially put them in the game.
