Filmic effects and vignette are forced ON in Starfighter mode since the update

What happens when the bug occurs? Filmic effects are enabled even if I disabled them

I've noticed it immediately after the update that something is not right. The vibrating/flickering effect on starfighters was back:
Then I used a 3rd party tool named Cinematic Tools to try and disable it, and that's when I noticed the game automatically enables Filmic effects again when I enter into Starfighter mode: https://streamable.com/ihs5i
