I have been having this same problem. Last I played, about a month before the update, I could get around 70 fps on the ultra preset. After the update, which would have been cool enough to get me to play again, I consistently get only 13-30 fps, basically unplayable. There are repeated lag spikes, and the frames are not even improved by going to the low preset. Both Directx versions have been tested, as well as Vsync, overlays, and pretty much all the graphics settings. Gpu utilisation still stays at 100%, and all drivers are up to date. Please help, I want to enjoy Felucia!
