the same today with the latest update , the game is completely broken for me , unplayable even in 1080p with 2080 ti , all drivers uptodate.

@cyberfredcobra Try turning of dx12 if you have it on as this helped me.
I tried to turn off dx12 and revert back to dx11 : it seems to be ok , but I prefer dx12 cos it s more smooth on my rig.
really hope a fix will come soon
