Is it possible for you to update to the latest build of Window 10? You're a couple builds behind and we've seen users improve FPS after installing the latest updates.
Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.
Here's some basic steps below if you haven't tried anything listed in there. Let us know what happens. 👍

@EA_Blueberry Hello, everything was working super fine, i have a 2080 Ti with ryzen 7 3700x all was woking until this last update, if i turn the dx12 off it runs with no problem but with the high system i have i expect and i hope that this will be sorted soon since i have an high end gaming pc and i wan to play it with everything maxed out.
