Whenever I try to launch the campaign or any multi player game, the fans of the console run abnormally high during the loading screen. Before the game can finish loading, the console warning screen comes up displaying "PS4 too hot" and the console switches off. This does not occur when I play any of my other titles.1. Are you aware of this issue?2. When will it be fixed?3. Who can I hold responsible if my console is damaged from running your faulty game?4. Why is your game overheating my PS4 Pro console?

Has this been answered by EA? I love my games and I enjoy BF2 but Ill delete it before it damages my console.

I tried to change my settings as you suggested and my system still crashed

I solved the same problem by turning off supersampling on my Ps4 Pro!

This is still happening on my PS4 pro when playing Fifa 21. It was also happening on Fifa 20. Why hasn't this been fixed yet? It is very specific to Fifa games and when the loading screen appears. The questions were really well put. Who is responsible if the console breaks down because of this? We are giving multiple opportunities for EA to fix this. Can you please reply or at least investigate this?
