Let me know as well. I have the same problem. I dont have a ProgramData file they are telling me to look for. Found the roaming file and fixed that. Ran a CCleaner. Redid my host file. and got nothing.

the program data folder you can get to by, window key +R (RUN), then type %programdata% and click enter - same with %appdata%
Another option is to, go to folder options/view tab and select show hidden files/folders, and below uncheck hide protected operating system files, then click apply to all folders above, and apply below. After you are done, just go back and restore defaults

I did the Windows + R and typed in "ProgramData" no files existed. Dont know if he is having the same thing or not. None of my other EA games are effected. I can still play all my ME games and Battlefront 1 without any issues.
