@Aio-BladeMy AMD FX-8350 has 4 physical cores and 8 logical cores, similar to yours. BF2015 + SWBFII Beta seemed to have issues with hyperthreaded CPU cores, and though the user.cfg fix doesn't work for me, I wonder if it's at all related to the issue.
Anyone reinstall origin yet? - my short msgs, on my mobile :P

I haven't been able to try a DX12 fix yet because I don't have a settings folder or its files and I also haven't been able to launch the game yet.
Almost definitely no power issues here - I upgraded my PSU to a 700 watt unit a couple weeks ago. I also have both my Nvidia Global and Application settings set to "Prefer Maximum Performance," i.e., maximum power draw.
