@c2a2f2b7f1ca3466I've reinstalled Origin 4 times so far with no results.
- 8 years agoFigure out dx 12 yet? Also maybe power options - see #2B here https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/PC-Star-Wars-BF-2-Fixes-For-Everything-D/td-p/6424768
Again sorry for short messages, on my mobile- 8 years ago
No worries!
I haven't been able to try a DX12 fix yet because I don't have a settings folder or its files and I also haven't been able to launch the game yet.
Almost definitely no power issues here - I upgraded my PSU to a 700 watt unit a couple weeks ago. I also have both my Nvidia Global and Application settings set to "Prefer Maximum Performance," i.e., maximum power draw.

Well since help seem to simply be leading me round in circles I thought I might throw my system into the ring here.
Tried run as admin (both apps)
Tried Origin cache clear
Tried browser clearing
Tried registry check/temp file sweep via ccleaner
Tried repair after moving the BFII docs folder
I will try a reinstall in the mean time but not holding out hope at this point really.
