Game crashing to desktop without any errors.

Hello all, please need help.
I'm having trouble with the game randomly crashing. This has been going on for almost a year now. Between HVV matches at a certain time, with a certain song, the game crashes on the desktop without any error.
This only happens with dx11. Here is the crash dump log

What i tried:
Reinstalled the game
Reinstalled GPU drivers a million times (DDU), game/studio, different versions and etc.
sfc/ scannow
Finally reinstalled windows!!!
Changed GPUs

Nothing help!
Perhaps this happened after update to Windows 11.
The only thing that works for me is using dx12.
There are no errors here, but the dx12 itself is very poorly optimized for this game and is terribly laggy!

  • dear @DarthFDG thank you for reply.
DX12 is the only thing which work for me without crashing.
I'll be happy to play with DX11 but it's impossible for me.
    DXDIAG attached to main message.

If you look in the Diagnostics section of that DXDIAG report, you will see NvBroadcast.Container.exe listed as having problems. This suggests you might try uninstalling GeForce, etc. to see if this helps. There may be something going on with your GPU outside the game. I used to use a 3060 Ti, so I know it works.

80% of the time crashes are because of bad/outdated drivers - possibly drivers you wouldn't think are directly related to the game.

There are some other things in that Diagnostics section that I can't make out, because I don't know Russian. I suggest giving them a look.

  • @DarthFDG yea, thanks. I had problems with broadcast after reinstalling the nvidia driver using ddu (broadcast does not work after a clean reinstallation of graphics drivers and requires a fresh installation).
Assure you the problem was much earlier before the broadcast error.
Looking the remaining logs, I found another problem with the gpu:

Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

This happened while the computer was idle. It does not relate to the game process, but may indicate problems with the drivers.
Unfortunately, there is no current solution to this nvlddmkm problem on forums like Nvidia and Microsoft ☹️
