Game data reset

When I boot up my game today, my game data was reset. Like all the cards and achievements that I have done are still there but they are not equipped and the whole campaign got reset (I really put effort into my campaign plz do something). Even the settings such as, solider sensitivity and vehicle sensitivity and all the other settings also like keybinds and stuff. Plz someone tell me how to reload my data before today....I really don't want spend my time doing the whole campaign again.....oh wait, I just checked and my arcade is GONE ALSOOOOOOO!!!!!!!Plz someone HELP ME
