Game do not open after patch 1.2

My game do not open after game patch 1.2. Reinstalled game, and checked all files via origin. Help! i can see much people have got same problem! HELP [No all caps title, Thanks!] - Atic

Ok guys i reinstaled origin and the game. Same issue. Please fix this asap. Patch 1.3 needed.
