Game doesn't show in my library

I purchased Battlefront II from Epic Games. I wanted to re-install it and play, but it doesn't show on my library.
Trying to clear the Data, restarting the app, uninstalling and re-installing the EA app and even Epic games, didn't solve the Problem.
The EA Chat guys told me to do a clean boot, still no game shown. 
I even tried connecting with a VPN, the game doesn't show in my library.
I tried to install the Sims 4 or the Apex Legend games, none of them can be installed.
So here i try to get some help as one of the EA Chat guys said that it is a bug and need to be fixed.
