Game is unplayable Freeze/Stutter even with high FPS

Hi! Just bought this game today, playing the campaign and realize it keep stutter and freeze during cutscenes and gameplay. I tried multiplayer and it happens the same. Gameplay is a bit smooth but...

In this topic, only I have stuttering on the cutscenes? 

The game is all the less good, but in the cutscenes is freezes begins. BUT if you run a repeat mission (not the entire company), then everything is fine.

Yep is an engine problem, I try everything to fix the games but not success.  same as BF1 but not too much, I hope some day they release a good patch because this game need it so hard.
