I have already disabled dx 12 but it didn't do anything, the game still crashes

I'm not very familiar with CTD issues in this game, I suggest you either try posting in the technical difficulties area of this forum ( https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/bd-p/star-wars-battlefront-ii-tech-issues-en ), or try reaching EA Help directly. EA Help is usually very reliable.
