Sorry to hear about your troubles with playing SWB2 ☹️
I know that you've already tried clean boot, but could you please make sure that the Origin in-game and Discord in-game overlay (if you use it) are disabled when you're trying to launch the game?
It would also be great, if you could post your DxDiag report here.
