@docroth1721 i have the same thing too! its so annoying! i havent been able to do online for months and i still cant! can someone please help us!

I found some other guy having the same issue, he spent 3 days talking to xbox about fixing the problem. None of their suggestions of hard/ soft resets worked, so he went to customer support after 2 or 3 hours they finally found out it was because he was nearing the end of his subscription and he didn't have a credit or debit card payment method in his xbox so it just cut him off for no reason, which is EXACTLY what is happening to me right now... ( "wait a full minute, then try again" ) I paid for a month so why am I getting less?
