@TRlALON Same issue. Also today when activating Unrelenting Advance the animation continued after the ability had gone into cool down. I could not attack or use other abilities I was just stuck in the animation. Lasted for 30 seconds and only thing that got me out was being damaged or force pushed/pulled. Definitely was out of ability as wasn't causing damage to other players. Then reoccurred twice in same match.
As for Grievous going helicopter mode after thrust surge... Ridiculous.
