Getting error 721 and 475 and IDK why

Im getting a mix between error 721 (cant connect to EA servers) (<<more frequently than the other error) and error 475 (banned from accessing online features) even though I dont have any Ban/Suspensions on my ban history and IDK what to do next? Should I just get help from EA help?

P.S. this is me trying to connect to online servers (forgot th add)
