Grievous has Lando star card! !!!

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

Summarize your bug Grievous has Lando star card!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 4/2/18
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Am
In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It shows up all the time under Grievous star cards I can't get rid of it....
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't get rid of the Lando star card in Grievous star card slot #3
What do you expect to see?
Please select your region North America
AMD or Nvidia Model Number

I have a Lando star card in the 3rd slot with Grievous and can't get rid of it! I can't add a 3rd star card because i have no way to remove it! I try rebooting my Xbox 1x and relaoading battlefront but it's always there☹️ any idea what is going on?

    Hello @Hydroseal69 and thanks for reporting in!

    This bug happens randomly and is pretty annoying for the character you want to equip normal cards too.

    However there are a few ways to try and fix this. From your post, you wrote that you are playing on XBOX one and it was reported that these steps could solve the issue:

    If you are on xboxOne, try remove any cloud saves that are connected to SWBF2 (NOTE: this will delete any single player progress campaign and arcade).

    1. Press controller 'Option' on game tile 
    2. Choose 'Manage Game' 
    3. Select 'Saved data' 
    4. Press controller 'Option' again over affected profile 
    5. Select 'Delete saved data' 
    6. Choose 'Delete everywhere' first
    7. If the profile image still appears in 'saved data' repeat step #6 but this time choose 'Delete from console'

    I have it for Darth Mauls star card in grievous 2nd slot. Always there never leaves and can’t remove

    @LiamSpeedWalker this regularly caused by arcade. Try going into arcade mode and unequipping star cards. Specifically Mauls starcard blocking the slot. If you're not sure which card it is try unequipping every single star card. This will hopefully resolve your issue. Otherwise only option left is to delete locally stored data, bare in mind when deleting said data you will lose all arcade, campaign progress and various settings.
