Thrust Surge still spinning.
This BUG is still present as of Dooku's 23rd January Patch Update

He managed to trigger this on Arcade, so it isn't a server or latency issue, it's a BUG in the skill itself
So being a shooter v a Grievous player, I'm being knocked down by his hitbox on thrust surge when he's nowhere near me (doesn't happen all the time), followed by a crawl rush that I rolled away from but due to the large hit box of that ability or the input lag, I'm hit anyway and I've died due to bad development. The hitbox of both abilities are too big!! Good job on ruining the fun for shooters guys 🤝
