Help with Star Wars Battlefront 2 (Not working)

Help! My EA Star Wars Battlefront 2 doesn't load. When I start it from Origin or Desktop it goes to the loading screen with the picture of Iden and Rey and that but will not proceed past that point. ...

Hi EA_David,

This is happening to me as well.  Bought the full game at Walmart for Origin.  Using Windows 10.  Attached the information your requested.  The game worked in the demo mode, but isnt working for the full game?  Can you help me out?
