What happens when the bug occurs? Players on a team are able to play as the same character when there is already one on the field. i.e. two Darth Mauls, two Emperor Palpatines etc. What do you expect to see? Hopefully the bug gets fixed right away. If the bug continues to stay it will make gameplay on Hero's vs Villains extremely hard to play and enjoy. It contains several instances where there was a duplicate Hero/Villain. This BUG is here since launch, and it's a much lesser issue then many other BUGs in the "tofix" list. It's unfair, but just go to youtube, search the method and do it with your friends or teammates when the enemy uses it.

I was playing against a team of really bad players the other day, and by bad I mean they liked to use exploits to stall the match or force the enemies to leave/lose. They started by hiding behind the castle in Takodana, and next stage they decided to make 3 Darth Vaders.

They tried to make us mad, however it actually went in our favor. In Takodana I got Vader and did my best HvV match so far because of their stalling:

And on the Death Star, where they got multiple Vaders, me and @RogueOneKenobi have done the Duplicate Hero BUG as well and got 2 Landos. Multiple Vaders are an easy meal for multiple Landos. They rage quitted afterwards.

So IMHO, this BUG is not as important to fix as many others, as it's easy to counter it. If you need any tips on how to deal with multiple heroes, I'll be glad to think in a strategy against them and share it with you, using the duplication glitch or not.
