Hidden Items Collected in Campaign But Not Registering

Summarize your bug i have collected all of the hidden items in the campaign. when i go to collect the rewards, it says i've only collected 4/5 on endor. all the other ones are registering 100 percent. when i go to play the endor mission (as well as actually playing it) it says that i've already collected all of the items. when i went to collect the reward, it still only showed 4/5 items were found. this is also the last thing before 100 percent campaign trophy completion so its annoying like that too.

What happens when the bug occurs? although all the items are found, it says that 1 is not found. when the level is played through again,, all items are still collected. it is through the career tabs that it shows incomplete
What do you expect to see? all items collected, credits rewarded.
