Same issue for me.
I also have this bug on Crait...
I can confirm the ground texture flicker happens in Crait too.
Hoth ground texture flicker still happens with 431.36 Nvidia driver.
Hoth ground texture flicker still happens with 7/11/2019 Battlefront 2 update.
Same problem after update of july. GTX1060 6GB.
