@billyyank1 lots and lots and lots of practice. Did you (or do you) play Battlefront 1? My learning curve was based on that and I had to relearn everything. In my opinion, BF2 is more of an "aim and shoot" game rather than a "fire from the hip" game like BF2.
So learn to LIVE on your radar to spot enemy troops. Radar is vital to knowing where people are.
Experiment with different classes of infantry, different weapons, different star cards, different style of playing. I tend to still stink at the "run and shoot" play of Assault or Heavy, but I'm level 740 in Specialist and I can snipe with the best of them, so that's my style. Find yours.
That being said, I still get blasted over and over again by much better players than me. You score 100 points for every sacrifice, so rejoice! LOL

@grrr33nflash I have BF I, but nobody is there anymore. I would play there too if others did. I wish EA would merge the two games.
