Hey, I was having that problem. Apparently the EA app reads from the windows registry . So you have to open the Windows registry and go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Games\STAR WARS Battlefront II
and where it says Locale , give it a double click and change it to en_US for English.
Mine was in pt_BR , for Brazilian Portuguese. I'm not sure if this would work in regional versions, because the game might not download the language files. but it's worth a try.

Not only did it fix my game language, but also for the EA app, which was constantly reverting to my regional language, even after manually selecting English countless times in settings.
Bro is more competent than actual EA employees.
