HOw to cancel a refund request

HI I asked for a refund due to technical issues with downloading the game.  This has been offered.  After 3 days Ive finally got it working. How can I cancel the refund? After all this effort I now ...

@martinbarham unfortunately once a refound is started it cant be cancelled or stoped .
