How to fix error code 918

I restarted my xbox one x and now sb2 is saying I am lock from my ea account error code 918. How do I get rid of that?

    Same here, on ps4. says account restricted, error code 918 wtf! support can't be reached either. great gaming experience! (sarcasm)

    Happened to me on ps4, restarted the game and ps4 few times and it work...

    cant callit a colution but worked so try that...
