I've checked the crate menu, nothing is there. I had also contacted support before, unfortunately they weren't able to help.

@Commandah did you tell them that the milestone is stuck?

As it stands, we cant help with unlocked items on the forum. As this is a public forum cant help with account or missing item issues.
