HUD and In-Game Menus Completely Disappear

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug most often happens in supremacy mode, particularly in the ship phase. Try it on a wired internet connection but with a lower-end PC that can still run the game on lowest graphics.
What happens when the bug occurs? HUD and in-game menus completely disappear (see attached screenshot). When respawning or selecting a character, on occasion the game freezes for a few seconds and then I can continue, but the HUD is gone (firearm reticle, abilities, health bar, etc.). If I die, I cannot see the buttons for selecting a character or spawn point, but I can still select them hear them when my mouse goes over them. If I hit escape, I cannot see the in-game menu, so I cannot just quit the match; I would have to restart the whole game.
