Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game offline and try to play with anything that the celebration addition is supposed to give.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t access the celebration edition content.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see all the content I paid for even offline.

I would like to be able to access the celebration edition content offline because I cannot afford internet. I paid for the upgrade and when I took my Xbox back to my house I was unable to use any of the CE content. I really enjoy the game so it would be great if you guys could fix this. Thanks.
