I bought Star Wars Battlefront 2 for PS4, can I tranfer it to PC

About a year ago, I bought Battlefront 2 for my PS4. I just recently bought a gaming laptop and I was wondering if there was a way to transfer the game to my PC or will I have to buy another version?...

    On different platforms (PC, XB1, PS4), the game is pretty much completely separate so will need to be repurchased and you will not have any previous progress from another platform.
