I cant collect the crates i earned from the campaign in star wars battle front 2

What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot open the crates

    I have had a similar problem, but my problem is that I’ve found all collectibles for campaign, but it says I’ve only found a couple even though in the campaign select a mission page it says I have found them all. I need help please

    Same problem on my Xbox. Really need this fixed but looking on the internet it’s been happening for a year and clearly EA have no interest. 
    come on EA reply to us and get this fixed.
