I cant play this game

Hi, I have a huge problem which do not let me play this game on my main EA account: GodWithoutName. Before you read it I need to say, this is NOT problem with servers, NOT problem with cheaters, which currently trying to make this game unplayabe, NOT problem with game settings. Please, make sure you understand that it is not cheaters which crashing lobbies. 

Now, the problem. When I try to join ANY game (it doesnt which region, which game mod) Im getting disconnected WITHOUT any error code. I cant literally start playing. I do not cheat, I never cheated. I dont have ban error code in game, I dont have ban message on my gmail, I dont have ban message on EA site (I asked them my ban history), I never had ban in any EA game and never cheater on my another (alt) account. I can play this game on my alt account without any problems. I had error 524 which says "This account is not able to play online" and wasnt able even connect to multiplayer mod (not game, just ability to play online). Then somehow it stopped shows and I was able to try find any game.

 I tried change my IP adress, played vanilla game (without any mods), tried change my password, I asked my friends from another countries try to play game and they got the same problem (disconnecting all the time). Reason why I decided to write it was VERY strange moment. I tried connect today again and it JOINED in game and then immediatly kicked me (watch link below with name "Kashyyk"). Also I link the "default" situation how Im disconnecting.  Please, help me.
