I can't shoot properly with heavy and assault weapons. Bug! Many others have!

What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot shoot weapons in battlefront 2. Its unresponsive.
What do you expect to see? That this be resolved. Many other are having similar problems. Not sure why this hasn't been patched. People pay for these games and expect them to work properly...

This has been extremely frustrating. I feel completely ripped off. I'm disappointed and regret going the PS4 route.
