I have not received my pre-order bonuses on PS4.

I bought and paid for the pre-order of the Elite Trooper Edition the day the pre-orders began, and when the download first began for Battlefront 2, I knew it would take a while. It took so long that it finally finished today, on the full release of the game. I launched it up and I have not received any of my pre-order bonuses like The Last Jedi Skins, Yoda Mastery Card and so on. I have looked at the loot crate section and still not to be found. Was I too late? If so this is absurd.

    Where did you Pre-Order from? You should have received a redemption code some how. Physical versions, it came in the case. I'd assume digital pre-orders (if there is such a thing) would have been emailed.

    I have checked my email too, the only email I have got is the confirmation that I have paid. That is it.

    Hey @captainberetta,

    when you're saying you pre-ordered on PS4 - which PSN ID was that for and where did you place the pre-order? Was that in the PSN Store directly or with a retailer?
