I have the edition of the game, but you still haven't sent the game to my librar

Hello, I am the same as it appears in the order.
I bought Battlefront 2 Celebration Edition, I have it in my edition library, but there is no actual game, how can I play the edition without the game? You still haven't added the game to my library. I've been waiting for you since 26.11.2023. Please help. I couldn't contact live support. I sent e-mails many times, but you told me to delete and install EA app. but it still hasn't arrived.please support!

    You only bought the upgrade add-on. You need to buy the base game to play the game. The base game would cost you about 724 TL based on the screenshots you provided.

    I bought Battlefield that way, but I received both the game and the add-on. What kind of nonsense is this? We can buy the add-on without buying the system game. This is just nonsense. I want a refund for this game! right away!
