Hi, I still haven't been given a refund since cancelling my pre-order. How long does this process usually take. Thanks.
Hey, generally if you pre-order with a credit card in Origin you won't be charged straight away. From other retailers or using different payment methods, you'll usually be charged straight away.
@jmossea Be sure to check your payment records from when you made the pre-order. If you were indeed charged you can reach out to support, but it's more likely that the money wasn't taken.
