In Games Crates Don't Load First Time When In The Main Menu Of SWB2

Summarize your bug In Game crates don't load straight away when I first start the game.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:20 AM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Arcade Mode
What is your time zone? BST - GMT + 6:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? To reproduce the problem please follow the instructions listed below thank you. 1. Load the SWB2 game. 2. Make sure your in the main menu at see if the crates is still loading the bottem left hand corner of the screen. 3. Chosse to join any match online or offline the choice is up to you. 4. Quit the game match and return to main menu the crates should have loaded now.
What happens when the bug occurs? The in game crates don't load straight away when I first start the game , I have to start a game match and then quit the game match for the crates to load successfully.
What do you expect to see? This fixed asap preferably before the Aug 29th update to the game.

Please ignore the question In what game mode did the bug occur? I had to put this option as there was no other option giving me the choice to pick nothing as my issue is not related directly in a game play mode thank you.
