Internal server shutting down

So I've been having this issues with Internal server shutting down and getting booted from ranked matches after being in the match for 3 minutes.  I was reading and seeing people having the same problem.  This is recent and this is my 3rd day with the problem,  I can find a match just get booted either while on the ship or 3 minutes into the game.  Does anyone know if this new patch made this problem? or is EA fixing this problem now ? on the next update?
