Issues with the EOR matchmaking system - examples

  • Your username. Damounwired
  • On which platform do you play? PC 
  • In what region are you located? AUS
  • What ping site do you use? AUS, JPN, US Oregan
  • In which game mode the problem occurred? Upon joining matchmaking it times out, with error 1066
  • What exactly is the problem? - Any format of the game i try to join in multiplayer i get error 1066
  • When exactly the problem occurred? Everytime i try to join, i have tried different ping sites, times of day, its 100% of the time
  • (Optional) Any additional feedback? I have followed the technical support guide and done the following. Flush DNS, Opened ports, totally removed firewall, tethered my work internet to try a different ISP. Tried with DMZ, tried without. Batllefield 1 and 4 work perfectly fine. I have attached a dxdiag and info showing ports open. Some feedback, Would it be so hard to put a server browser in, so we can at least see there is a community base playing and that the game isnt broken?

    Bump @EA_Ataashi are these getting reviewed now you have put into a new thread or will they go unanswered?

      @damounwired I think this thread is specifically for people to report exact times and details, so that devs can review exact points in the game logs to see what is happening.  I don't think it is meant to be an "answering" thread, as they currently don't have an answer to why the Matchmaking isn't working.  I'm not sure why the info we are giving is outside of what they could discover themselves while playing in the live environment, but I guess the more specific examples they have, the more likely to track down the issue.
