  • What exactly is the problem? - Joining an empty lobby after long wait. Joining a lobby with friends only to be split up from group after matchmaking occurs. This happens after every other game. Sunday 28th spent most of evening joining empty lobbies in all modes. Double xp weekend was pretty much ruined by these issues. 
  • When exactly the problem occurred? The problem of poor loading has been for the last few days. Matchmaking issue which causes the friends group to be split up every other game has been happening since the matchmaking update
  • (Optional) Any additional feedback? It’s not a great experience waiting for empty lobbies
