Hello! I tried power cycling the console using the steps you gave me, and it did not work and it still does not let me log in. Are there any other ways that I can fix this issue? Thanks for your help!

    Could you try to clear local and cloud saves for SWBf2 if that dont work try another account on the console and see if that helps. @ASDUDE17

      Hello! I don’t have any other accounts on my Xbox except mine and I can try clearing the local data. Are there any other solutions? Thanks for your help.
