Could you try to clear local and cloud saves for SWBf2 if that dont work try another account on the console and see if that helps. @ASDUDE17

Hello! I don’t have any other accounts on my Xbox except mine and I can try clearing the local data. Are there any other solutions? Thanks for your help.

      Not sure if you ever figured this out but you have to use the D pad to go down and hit next.
