Keyboard and Mouse Act On Their Own

As far as I recall, I did not have this issue in the beta.  Frequently during my games, my character will rapidly spin to the right and dodge, at the same time.  I have tried moving the dodge keystroke to a different button and unplugging the mouse and keyboard, but nothing has worked.  I have made sure all my drivers are up to date.  I use a Razor Ornata Chroma keyboard and a Logitech mouse.  I do not use macros and I have the app system turned off for the keyboard.  I am not having this issue in my other main games Escape From Tarkov and Overwatch.
